How to: love your “BUSY LIFE” in three simple steps

Busy, Busy, Busy… and loving it. These last two months have been an eye opener of what is to come in my busy life. The birth of Coco has pushed my time management to the limits. Time seems to be moving so fast its hard to believe that is has been over a month from my last post here on the blog. Never again!

The art of balancing a family and a business can be quite interesting. I will be sharing with you a little glimpse of my busy life here in Orange County, Ca. in the last month.

1.Make time for friends

To start the month let us focus on the pumpkin patches, I had the opportunity to spend time with friends and family, the kiddos loved everything about the experience.

The BESPOKE SUIT: a custom men’s suit experience.

The men’s custom or bespoke suit has been a hot topic for the last couple of years. Today it has become more mainstream and available to virtually everyone in the market for one. Many companies are selling the “custom”or “made to measure”suits now in days and many people are starting to look into it, specially since prices have dropped compared to a true bespoke suit.

Many people are missing the most important aspect in my opinion which is THE EXPERIENCE of what it means to have and own a bespoke suit. I will give you my insight in what it really means and why customs suits are the way to go.

First lets talk about the why a custom suit its best and the simple reason is because it just fits right. Period. Let’s not waste time about this simple and important reason.

The problem is that many people out there can’t differentiate between a well fitted bespoke suit form a sloppy joe. Having a well fitted suit may not be noticeable to many but what will be always noticeable is that you will look amazing and people won’t even know why, but who cares! right? This is your secret weapon.

Now about the experience: this is what makes or should make owning a custom suit worth it. Having a relationship with your tailor that knows you and understands what you like and dislike will make this process go as intended and insures that you will be in love with the final product. This suit will become part of your conversation and will take a life of its own, there is nothing better than the confidence a well fitted custom suit gives you in any occasion.

Give it a try and see for yourself if its worth it. I am currently in the process of making a custom suit with a local company for the first time and I can’t wait to see the final result but most importantly the full experience of the process.

Coco Beldina: the newest addition to our family.

Life as I knew it changed forever on August 18th. My daughter Coco Beldina was born weighting a beautiful 9 lbs 1 oz. The moment I heard her cry for the first time it became a reality.

Such a blessing to hold her.

Coco was finally here! I was so exited to receive my second child to this world. As the day went by a notice a much different feeling was compared to Niko just 20 months ago. Our second time around felt more relaxed and enjoyable, but don’t think for a moment that this will be easy… I will share with you the 3 most important things to remember in this new journey that has help us this first couple of weeks.

Here are my top 3 advice for you:

Flexibility: Now that your life has a plus 1 you have to embrace the fact that to be flexible in every way will only make the situation better. Planning and timing take no place in this new adventure. It will serve you well to be able to think on the go and make decisions as things are changing rapidly. The schedule that you had down with one now becomes a challenge as your little one will throw as many curve balls as she can possibly think off, be ready and step up to the plate. Be flexible my friend… trust me.

Enjoy it: When life gets tough it easy to forget to enjoy the moment. I made it a priority as I have done for most of my life to always find the positive side of things. Going into this new stage of our lives I have used this and I can say that I am having a blast seeing my two kids grow. It is such a blessing that can be over shadowed by the stress and work load, but make sure to remind yourself to enjoy it… it will be behind you before you know it.

Recycle: No I’m not talking about cans a and glass… I mean use as much as possible whatever you have left from your first child. We made sure to hold on to many of Niko’s stuff to be able to reuse with Coco now. There is no need to go out an buy more “stuff” if you are like most people you probably bought much more than you needed the first time anyways so re use it and enjoy the savings.

Beachfront with style: Pacific city in HB is back!

Across the pacific ocean in the city of Huntington Beach, the outdoor space at Pacific City is breathtaking. An amazing place to be able to spend the day with family in such a beautiful athmosphere.

We were there for the day to have lunch and to walk around enjoying the weather. I was blown away by how amazing this place is, the architecture and decor is just right. The people that were there completed the scene, such an amazing style, from the semi casual looks to the California beach style.

My wife and son enjoying the day, watching my little one walking and taking everything in was just amazing. This place was build with such attention to detail that it makes being there effortless. I truly recommend you check it out.

For lunch we finally made it to Saint Marc after taking some time to check out the other places. Let me tell you that this place is amazing, it’s so different that it makes your dining experience unique. Everything from the service to the food is awesome, we had some great drinks and appetizers to complete the main course. I decided to go with a good old grilled cheese sandwich. This selection was great, the perfectly toasted bread was just right, the cheese, bacon, tomato completed this mouthful. Just excellent!

You can find spaces like this to seat down and enjoy a coffee or maybe take some selfies if you feel like it.

In Review: Fear no more. A dentist office with Style!

The dentist visit always arrives no matter how much we push and push it down the line. It is by far one of the most scary experiences for anyone, and one that creates a sense of anxiety. Recently I had to go through the experience of a new dentist, not knowing exactly what to expect. To my surprise the day of my procedure I realized that I was actually looking forward to my visit and I will share with you why.

After a referral by my wife, my first visit to Dr. Liu’s dental practice was for a routine clean up. The experience that I had was such a great one thanks to the beautiful stylish office that they have. The stunning entrance and reception area blew my mind away. I was so amazed by the attention to detail in every corner that the last thing that was in my mind was that I was at the dentist. (why? elaborate on the visuals) I sat down inside a hyper clean room and a super comfortable chair with my own tv hanging from the ceiling for me to see while the procedure was in progress, awesome right? Well, before I knew it was over and ready to go home.

In business your image plays a major role in your success, your service or product should provide an unique and unforgettable experience to your client. When this is accomplished to perfection you can have such an impact in the experience that even the fear and anxiety of a dentist visit can be diverged and made into a great experience. Dr. Liu’s dental practice does this to perfection, the quality of service is matched to perfection with the image of the business, making it a bullet proof combination for success.
